They explained everything in terms we could understand, we’re always available, were a pleasure to work with…and most importantly, worked quickly and efficiently so we could close quickly. Getting a mortgage was a daunting experience. Craig and Enrique were fantastic. Extremely responsive and gracious, they explained everything clearly in a way we could understand (as our knowledge of mortgages and lending was very limited). Craig is amazing! He is not only incredibly intelligent, but he has the patience of a saint. I was doing a refi on an income property I used to own and we hit some roadblocks along the way that were not anyone’s fault, but man, did they make me mad! Craig knew I was mad and instead of ignoring me like some lenders will do, Craig made sure to take all my calls and answer all my emails. He never got upset and had a solution to every problem that hit us. He closed the refi like a rockstar and I ended up with $5k more than I thought I would. It was a fantastic experience and I still use C raig for all my lender needs. Using anyone else would just be foolish! Thanks for all your hard work Craig!!!Less
